cheerful

M brought me to lunch at
The Garden Slug
Located off Lor L Telok Kurau, Bright Centre.
Thank you, M!!
Ran by his friend, Joseph with 2 others.
Nice cosy place with very simple deco
and a super cute, but clumsy, resident puss.
Brownie-on-a-stick caught my eye.
Wasuga Wings isn't Japanese, but Hokkien.
But love them anyways.
Decent pumpkin and prawn pasta and chicken ratatouille (read: ra-ta-too-ee)
Although I find it a lil bland.
Perhaps I am an MSG kinda person. Ha!
But main course overall was filling without feeling too "Jelak"
Ok, how do explain "Jelak"?
Realised that its a word used by all races....
Dessert was yes, Brownie-on-a-stick and Pear William.
Pear William is a sweet pear in wine and cinnamon with vanilla gelato (read: Hern Yummy!)
Brownie-on-a-stick is simply, brownie, on a stick. (read: HERN HERN HERN yummy!)
Ok, this may not exactly be a fantastic review but hey,
you've gotta give it a try yourselves!
